Do you accept commisions?
Yes! Please use the Contact form to reach out to the artist directly with the project you have in mind. If schedules align and it feels like a good fit, Katya will reach out to schedule an initial meeting to discuss budget, timeline, and creative details.
What's the difference between Original and Fine Art prints?
Original Prints are artworks that are created through traditional printmaking techniques like etching, woodcut, and screenprinting. Each piece is made by hand in limited editions, and every print is considered an original because it is individually crafted by the artist, with variations that make each one unique. These prints are not reproductions of existing artwork but are conceived and executed specifically for the printmaking process. Original prints are always signed and numbered by the artist, adding to their value and collectibility.
Fine Art Prints (also known as giclée prints) are high-quality reproductions of original paintings, drawings, or sketches. These prints are produced using archival inks and papers (that will last for years without fading), capturing the details, textures, and colors of the original artwork with exceptional accuracy. Unlike original prints, fine art prints are made by digitally scanning or photographing the original artwork and then reproducing it in a limited edition or open series. Each print is typically signed by the artist to ensure authenticity.
In summary, Original Prints are handmade artworks created directly through printmaking, while Fine Art Prints are faithful reproductions of existing paintings or drawings. Both types are excellent ways to collect and enjoy art, offering different experiences of craftsmanship and creativity.
Are prints signed by the artist?
All Original Prints are hand-signed by Katya. Most Fine Art Prints are also signed by the artist, but check the item's description to be sure.
How big is the print vs the paper?
We aim to be as clear as possible about the size of the printed art vs the overall paper size on each item in the shop. Please read the item description carefully before purchasing or ordering frames.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. For international orders, please contact us directly through the Contact form, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request
Is shipping included in the price of the artwork?
Yes, shipping is included in the item cost for orders within the continental U.S. There are no additional shipping fees, except for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.
How long will it take to get my package?
Most orders are carefully packed and processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your address, but most packages will be delivered within 4-5 days of shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your artwork has shipped.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly. The carrier may vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork.
Can I expedite my shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. However, if you have specific delivery needs, please reach out via the Contact form, and we’ll see how we can assist.
Do you offer local pick-up?
We currently do not offer local pick-up options. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package’s journey to you.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer Returns or Refunds?
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the artwork arrives damaged. Please carefully review all product details before purchasing to ensure you’re happy with your selection.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial details are protected. We do not store your payment details. Read more about Shopify's Terms of Service here.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged at the time of checkout. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
